FAQs
Where does Beyond Jazz Weekender take place?
All ticketed performances take place at Bellingen Memorial Hall, 32 Hyde Street, Bellingen NSW 2454. See venue information on the BMH website.
Who is behind Beyond Jazz Weekender and how is it funded?
Beyond Jazz Weekender is produced by Bellingen Shire Council as part of the Memorial Hall in-house programdesigned to engage and entertain local and visiting audiences by presenting innovative and diverse arts performances.
Council’s in-house promoted events and festivals, held at the Memorial Hall, operate on the same principals as community and commercial events, ie. they are funded by revenue from ticket and hospitality sales. We also apply for grants and engage in sponsorship with local businesses to support specific areas of arts development, event production and promotion.
We employ local contractors in all areas of event production including performers, audio/visual technicians, site crew, décor, hospitality and box office staff. Our Friends of Memorial Hall team of volunteers provide ticket scanning and ushering services (this service is also offered to third party venue hirers).
How much are tickets?
Check the TICKETS page for individual day passes and bundled tickets.
